I'm not one to trample on your dreams, but I do want to establish some boundaries.

First: I reserve the right to ask/force you to take down your fanwork if I think you're out of line.

THIS IS NOT A LICENSE NOR DOES IT GRANT ANY PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.

Second: Please don't try to make money off of my IP.

You can accept donations, list your fanwork on your Patreon, or run ads alongside it.

Just don't sell it directly, unless it's a physical piece of media, UNLESS it directly uses my work.

If it is a physical fanwork, depending on your production volume, I may need to discuss licensing with you.

Third: Don't use generative AI tools to create your fanwork outright.

I believe that gAI tools can be used for legitimate purposes, such as revision.

Using it as an alternative for human labor is not a legitimate purpose.

Use AI to do your dishes, not to make art!

Even if it's for the meme or whatever, just don't do it!

Fourth: Don't promote your fanwork as official Nexusbound content.

Also, don't use official Nexusbound content to promote your fanwork!

Fifth: Don't use my IP for crypto or NFT projects. This is Web 2, not 3.

Sixth: Tag NSFW fanworks as such.

Nexusbound is mainly for older teens.

I know they will look for that stuff anyway, but make it a bit of a chore to do so!

Seventh: Don't use my IP in projects that are overtly offensive.

Eigth: Don't use my IP to promote cults, or political parties, or stuff like that.

Ninth: Respect other fanon creators.

Don't steal their works, don't use their works in offensive manners, et. cetera.

These things are also required if you use my IP or make a fanwork:

• Link back to the main Nexusbound page, or to my personal page.
